Comment on summary of responses

Laurie Maak is to be commended for her excellent summary of the 
responses on the purpose of Social Security.  She has compiled 
everyone's comments.  The next step which is needed is to identify 
where the purposes are in conflict.  One of the challenges is to 
resolve the conflicts.  The difficult in resolving them is one of the 
problems with change.  Americans have different views of the goals of 
the system.
