Representatives:
As you can see, we have received a great deal of questions from
participants involved in this discussion. There is one in particular
that I would like each of you to address:
Instead of waiting for the President to make the next move in the reform
process, why don't Members of Congress work among themselves to resolve
outstanding differences between the President's and the Archer/Shaw
proposals?
