RE: Values: Fairness

FICA taxes are not paid with after tax income. This would imply
that FICA taxes are not taxed themselves. But they are. Only
employers are allowed to deduct FICA taxes from their revenues.
Also self-employed people can deduct 1/2 of their FICA taxes.
