CONG. SANFORD'S RESPONSE: Mike, thanks for your kind remarks. But, as you 
know, it's really grassroots activists like you who will make a lasting 
difference on Social Security reform. You folks in ES2000 are fighting the 
good fight on a daily basis and I commend you on that.  You are where the 
real reform lies.
