Do you think that this is politically feasible?  Event Sen. Boxer,
an ardent defender of the status quo, has opposed this approach to
add workers to the revenue stream.

Should we trap workers in a redesigned system where they would
partially own their retirement security at a higher cost, when
otherwise they would totally own it at the reduced rates of plans
like SPSP?
