Laurie,

Thanks for this information.  I hope that the 28% is not due to
folks feeling intimidated to join in the fun.  If that's true,
and some of you who feel this way are reading this; please, please,
please, contribute.  If any of us were truly experts in all of
this, we wouldn't have a problem, would we?  I think we need input
from every angle to come up with common-sense solutions.  If we
miss pieces of the puzzle, we may end up chasing things that are
not high priorities for most people.  We can only guess at what
is important, until people set us straight.
