Brian,
I went through a Master Gardeners course in Virginia and did a
bit of volunteer work at plant clinics and the county horticultural
hotline in Arlington. The best place I've seen for IPM information
is through local county extension offices or state land grant
universities. The extension office can help ID your state's land
grant university. As Fred pointed out, the National Agricultural
Library is another valuable resource.
