James has a good suggestion for the information libraries can
offer to their customers. The way environmental information is
grouped or categorized hard copy or online should offer access to
public health/medical information connected to the environmental
information. Some may just be interested in the TRI data in their
community, while others will also want to understand the potential
health effects of exposure to the toxins listed. But there should
be a connection.
