We should all try to avoid using terms and acronyms that are not
in common parlance. Unfortunately, this is hard to do because so
many environmental programs heavily rely on these terms. The
EPA Web site does have a dictionary of terms and acronyms at
http://www.epa.gov/OCEPAterms/
We will shortly add this to the briefing Book.
