Limiting the cost of air time for CANDIDATE's speeches would be a good first step to bringing equality into campaigning.This does not mean that clearly identified "ads" could not get aired/published at whatever price the DISCLOSED sponsor is able to afford. But candidate's speech should be free to them, with public financing for the T.V.station /newsprint publisher's basic costs.
Then what about the internet?
