I agree with choice one.  It does not matter what your intentions are as a lobbyist, but if it is really important then why don't the people say so.  Ok blah blah blah you will say that the lobbyists do, well thats where your wrong.  If at least a small majority can rise and prove its point to the people instead of the politicians we would be a lot better off.  The people have a unified common interest, but single politicians have only one, themselves.  Do you really think that they are doing this "for the people" right.  So you people go back to your perfect worlds.  We need to just sit back and look at the situation, our "representatives" are being bribed, and these special interest groups are getting what they want not what the public wants.  So when a majority has a problem that can be seen, then we will change it.
