transparency......

the decision making process and its component pieces should be crystal clear and easy to track from the participant's view.

That said...I know today it isn't and they are not, and so do we all. But as a goal for any involvement activity, it's a good one. It's also one that many people have commented on throughout the Dialogue, talking about the problems that lack of transparency causes.....when communication is lacking, or any part of the processes and their specific purposes are not clear.

Lisa Kahn and I have captured those thoughts in the tables we are preparing. You'll see those ideas again. So will anyone else who chooses to visit the website and view them.
