I'm one of today's panelists and I have been waiting anxiously to see some comments from local elected and community leaders on ways they have or would wish to be invovled in EPA's rule-making or ways they have involved their communities in such issues as source water protection. Are you there? National and state organizations that represent municipal, town and county leaders need your help in bringing timely information about proposed rules and new rules and guidance to the 39,000 local governments across the country.
