Thanks, Pat, for your post on SLAPP Suits and EPA involvement. I have not heard about these for a while.
I was wondering why there was so little on SLAPPs on the EPA Web site. What is the EPA response to a person or group that finds itself in the position of having a SLAPP suit filed against them? Does the EPA refer to a legal authority or adivse to get a lawyer?
