Title V Citizens Guide

In response to the comment re: the title V citizens guide and the idea of putting information such as this handbook out in the community as opposed to just the web...

The citizens guide to title V permitting is on one of EPA's websites, but in the past year, hundreds of hard copies have also been distributed to citizens who have attended EPA sponsored training for the public on how to comment on title V operating permits during the public comment period. We will continue to distribute this document at future trainings (4 more are planned this fall) for the public. All of EPA's Regional Offices have been sent a copy of the citizens guide and routinely tell interested folks to contact me directly to obtain a copy via mail. We would be interested in feedback on other effective ways to get this information into the hands of people who want it.
