Nina Powers apparently has some first hand information about CCA treated wood and the problems it causes. Where is the EPA ? Nina Powers also writes "There will be an EPA public comment period open on CCA, do not miss the opportunity to remind EPA who they are tasked to protect." What process is the EPA going through at this time, what opportunity do I have to participate and what effort will be made to let people know the dangers associated with the use of CCA treated wood ?
