Welcome to the fifth day of the National Dialogue on
Public Involvement in EPA Decisions. Today's agenda
is less structured than previous days. It's a time
for you to review messages that have been posted and
to think about the overall course of the discussion.
There is no formal panel for today's discussion, but
Pat Bonner and other EPA staff will be available to
answer your questions.

You can review the agenda for previous days' discussions
by referring to
   http://www.info-ren.org/network-democracy/epa-pip/join/agenda.shtml

After the very focused discussions we've been having
it's probably a good idea to seek a broader perspective.
Please take time to look for some common themes in
the discussions of previous days. Let us know if
any key topics have been omitted from the summaries.
And feel free to comment on the process in which we
have all been engaged.

Thanks to all for your thoughtful and enthusiastic participation.
