"Improving Dialogue with Communities" is about as good as it gets. I'd endorse it as "required reading" for public involvement and risk communications people. Thanks for recommending it to all. It would be in our Briefing Book on this site IF we'd found it on the Rutgers website. Maybe because it's a 1988 publication it's not there?
