On the 12th, Bob suggested: "One valuable tool in MA is the socalled PIP, or Public Involvement Process. Obtaining ten or more signatures of affected citizens will require the PRP to hold public meetings at regular intervals to explain their actions. Citizens can ask questions at these meetings to explain actions, or request considering other related issues. EPA should consider a PIP for Federal Waste sites of all kinds."

As a public particpation person, I like this idea because I could devote some of my limited resources on those areas where people are truely interested.
