Sally: Good job on summaries but I have a request.
I think earlier dialog (July 11 & 12) have provided valuable insights on today's topic. Could you please pull those from earlier discussions and include them in the summary for July 13 -- those comments on the need for assistance and the kinds of assistance needed to enable affected people to participate. Thank you.
