Thank you for referring us to the "Federal Facilities Environmental Restoration Dialogue Committee (FFERDC)" report.

Unfortunately, once I attempted to access that document using the URL which you provided I received a notification from the EPA website that it was unavailable. Perhaps it is only temporarily unavailable due to a networking or file storage problem.

Hopefully the EPA IS personnel will rectify this. Or the URL may have been changed without providing a transfer message to web users.
