To identify interested environmental groups and create a
mailing list (with issues of concern to them) , I suggest:
* contact few visible groups to get leads for other groups;
* announce in the local media, public libraries.

To identify interested environmental justice communities
and create mailing lists, I suggest:
* identify local EJ activists;
* put notices in EJ communities, with 800 #s, at public
libraries, recreation centers, community centers, schools;
let each notice have a plain health message, for e,g, your
health, your air, your environment--get involved now;
* announce on local ABC and NBC channels giving 800#s;
* announce in the neighborhood publication/newsletter;
* have a booth at the neighborhood/street festivals;
* attend fundraising events in EJ communities.
