Marilyn is truly one of the pioneers in public involvement predating even my ancient foray into this area in 1987 and she practices what she preaches. Thanks for the organized summary of both attitude and methods to reach out to stakeholders. I especially liked your step on have stakeholders review your perceptions of their issues and concerns -- a step we frequently forget which could account for some problems that have arisen.
