I apologize for posting this message a day late. As a former engineer with the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, I worked extensively with EPA in the streamlining of federal, state, and regional permitting requirements applying to major sources of air contaminants under Title V of the Clean Air Act. Having conducted many public hearings and workshops concerning both federal and local air quality regulations, I am interested in participating in this discussion primarily to enhance my knowledge of the public participation process. Although I am no longer working in the environmental field, I am still very concerned about my voice and the voices of my fellow citizens being heard.
