Right on Charlie! The question becomes in the day of a shrinking stretched to the max almighty dollar just how we can do that? People in the lower brackets of education and money don't trust "THE GOVERMENT" (emphasis intentional) even when the same government proposed to have their safety in mind.

Can we, as a forum of just under 1000 help with this perception? G-d, I hope so!
