Greetings! I am the mother of a displaced salmon fishing family of the Pacific Northwest and view EPA TMDLs as having the potential to lead us to where we need to go as a society to find a sustainable good quality of life - with equity between social, natural resource and financial capital. Maybe we could even have salmon seasons again - which would definitely reflect a good quality of life.
I have my Masters in Sociology with a focus on socioeconomics of cultures based on the extraction of natural resources with an emphasis on salmon.
In Cooperation, Paula Fitzgerald Yoon
