I am currently an assistant professor of political science at Oklahoma State University. My academic and research interests are in stakeholder participation in environmental decision-making. I am working on a book manuscript along with colleagues from five other universities on stakeholder participation in watershed management.
Before OSU, I worked for nearly 9 years for the US EPA in Atlanta, Dallas, and Washington, DC in the CWA and RCRA programs in the 1980s. Though my involvement with the agency was as an environmental engineer, my interest for the past decade has been in environmental policy - particularly with respect to stakeholder participation in its formulation and implementation.
