I was disappointed to see that today's dialogue stops at the end of the
business day on the East Coast. With a 6-hour time difference between
Washington D.C. and Honolulu, it seems that we're doomed to being left
out of the daily discussions. Is this an example of where EPA needs to
be more inclusive in its outreach?
