Hello,
My name is Enriqueta Caballero and work with the Texas Office of the Secretary of State under the Colonia Initatives Program.
Briefly, I work as a regional colonia coordinator in Cameron County, Texas. I focus on coordinating basic services (physical infrastructure)in colonias by working with local, state, and federal agencies as well as local non-profit organizations and community residents.
