I work for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality as a hydrogeologist managing groundwater cleanup and protection efforts in western Oregon. I am a strong advocate for public participation and stakeholder collaboration in our decision-making processes. I am specifically interested in participating in discussions here about how states might be encouraged and compelled to incorporate the intent and methods embodied in EPA's new PIP, particularly in the absence of federal incentives.
