Throughout the dialogue you'll be hearing from the Public Participation Program in California, if you would like to reference what we're doing out here, you can call up our draft policy and procedure manual at www.dtsc.ca.gov. Hit the DTSC Programs button, then hit the office of external affairs link. Under Public Participation you'll find the draft manual. We've used various versions of this manual since the late 1980s.
