Sheila Foster writes: "I would only caution, picking up on a previous post, that we be mindful of the technological barriers in many low-income communities. If the infomation is only offered via computer access, the goal of leveling the playing field will be undermined."
A question to our EPA friends:
The EPA has devoted considerable ammounts of time and efforts to the development and refinement of their Web site, and providing a wide variety of information and information types (full-text reports, flyers, booklets, factsheets, journal articles, etc.) in digital formats. How does the EPA assure that ALL parties have access to this information?
Who are the users of EPA's information? I would imagine a VERY diverse group of people and organizations, and agencies, etc.
