Hi everyone,

My name is Glenn Landers and I am a Sierra Club employee based in Cleveland, Ohio. I've worked for the Club about seven years now on a variety of projects that include public participation in agency decision making. Today, I work primarily on educating and involving the public on issues related to air pollution permits, including helping to organize for public comment periods and hearings.

My goal here is to provide feedback to the agency about the real barriers to public involvement as I have experienced them, plus learn from others about their experiences. Finally, I want also to hear about ways other communities are dealing with public involvement issues, whether it be on the state, local, tribal, or federal level.
