Hi, I'm Peter Bowman, a teacher at the University of Houston-Clear Lake in Texas for 13 years and previously a Sierra Club leader for 12 years. I have participated in public participation activities at the federal, state, and local levels. For example, with Dennis Caputo,I participated in the Keystone Center Hazard Waste Siting Conference in 1981. I was also a contributing author to the final report and contributed to a subsequent volume on training. I had an EPA grant to evaluate the intial use of the resulting "Keystone Local Revfiew Process" in Texas City. I am interested in this two-week process to advance my teaching and service activities.
