Agenda Topic: Brief Introduction

I'm Paul Orum, director since 1989 of the Working
Group on Community Right-to-Know, based in Washington,
DC. The Working Group serves a nationwide network of
activists whose right-to-know advocacy makes
government more responsive, holds corporations
accountable for pollution, empowers communities, and
protects public health and the environment. I'll
focus on public access to well-organized environmental
information--a key aspect of public involvement in
environmental decision-making.
