RE: Adult Education Recommendation 38

 I appreciate the suggestion of getting the CCC and the CDE together to establish shared governance for adult education, but the efforts over the years have been very unsuccessful.  The turf wars, the duplication of programs,the disagreements over credentialing requirements of voc ed, ROC_ROP, community college programs, adult ed make me doubt that this will work.  There is no perfect answer as to where to locate oversight of adult ed.,but I believe a single entity needs to take responsibility.
