RE: Adult Education Recommendation 38

Tony makes many excellent points concerning item 38.  I would just add that where the MP states, "…continue utilizing current venues for delivery of adult education services and contracting, where necessary,…", that it should also be noted that the Community College system is allowed "discretionary use" of funds, which is not the case for Adult Education.  Oversite of Adult Ed. programs could easily be in jeopardy if the governance of the CC system decides sometime down the road, that those funds (originally going to Adult Ed.) are needed for buildings, sports fields, or other non-classroom type needs.
