I have read many ideas about changing the structure of the roles of the governor, appointees and/or elected superintendent. However the structure of the educational system ends up, I strongly support creating two divisions within the Department of Education, one for Early Childhood and Primary, the other for Elementary and Secondary Education. The plan reflects the understanding of the different needs of children in this proposal.
