As a new teacher to the charter school system in CA I am amazed at what a guessing game funding, facilities, and districts are to our state charter schools. There has a great deal of funding legislation going around Sacramento and yet charter schools a consistently excluded or not mentioned at all. Can anyone tell me what provisions in the model speak to the funding of charter schools?
I would also like to ask how we can ensure that funding charters and the guidelines for doing so find a place in this plan?
