RE: Personnel Development

Thank you Brian for a veteran teacher's perspective!  As a new teacher I can tell you that burnout is all around me as well.  I've already known 2 of my fellow new teachers who quit and returned to the business sector this year and another who was let go because a senior teacher bid for his position.  After two years of developing the Kindergarten program at his school he now is jobless.  We can't afford to continue treating our professionals this way.  Keep up the good work my friend and I hope that I someday can say that I've been 18 years at one school...
