Wow.
Hard to respond since your mind is so closed.
But, try this. Divide the top salary for a teacher in your district by the number of days of service. Divide the top salary of a principal by the number of days of service. Given the hours and responsibilities...the night and weekend obligations for the administrator...and I don't think their bed is feathered as glamorously as you paint.
And you not informed if you think that principal jobs have the long list of applicants as you hypothesize.
