Wow. Hard to respond since your mind is so closed. But, try this. Divide the top salary for a teacher in your district by the number of days of service. Divide the top salary of a principal by the number of days of service. Given the hours and responsibilities...the night and weekend obligations for the administrator...and I don't think their bed is feathered as glamorously as you paint. And you not informed if you think that principal jobs have the long list of applicants as you hypothesize. Ken Hall |
