I would think that some sports programs such as adaptive sailing (www.tisailing.org/ or www.accessdinghy.org/ ) could open an area of the marine trades and be rewarding, fun, and a possible fund rasing sport. The later is done in intercollegant sailing where businesses support the program by putting their name on a sail. This helps the business as well as keep the program self supporting.
