The ROP program from 1978 was effective. Why not work with www.calstart.org/ with CEO Michael Gage on Electric vehicles such as www.duffysboats.com from Longbech, California or EV Rentals in repairing electric and alternate fuel vehicles. Grants United Staes Code Title 40 section 2232 applies along with subsection 819. also CA 2061. If we are so adamant on GLOBAL WARMING why not apply this comming technology.
Other areas www.accessdinghy.org/ applying electronic assist for disabled people to sail a boat. Besides, we could save a lot of money getting away from GSA rule 500 and applying alternate fuel technology to every school district. I thought California was the leader not the Davis follower.
