RE: Question 2: Alignment-Early Education & K-12

This is an informative and thoughtful set of comments regarding our ability to bridge early education and elementary eduation.  It demonstrates the art of the possible rather than emphasizing the futility of pre-school/elementary articulation.  If the workforce development aspects of the master plan can be implemented, we will see funding for teacher preparation on both sides of the equation (pre-school and elementary ed)that will lead to crossing over and cross fertilizing teaching practice and articulation process.
