Remembering that what happens in colleges and universities will influence students preparing for all careers, how can we work to bring the demographics of our college instructors closer to the demographics of the State's population?
Many remarks so far about post-secondary instructors are specific to instructors in programs related to k-12 education. What should be said about the training and experience of instructors in other academic areas?
