RE: Question 1: Technology-What's in the Plan

I agree that given the appropriate support and minimum hardware, software and communication opportunities (read internet access) teachers will find ways to implement technology in their classrooms and curriculum.  Unfortunately, there is often insufficient hardware and support from administrations for teachers even when they buy the software.  Administrations also need to modify their priorities about allocating time, staff and money.  This is the kind of area I would like to see spelled out in the master plan.
