I think what Susan Boudreau says is important. Accountability can't only mean Standardized Test Results. I think accountability means that teachers should know their students as individuals and be able to discuss their learning styles, current development,& what they want to do next with each student to help them learn to the best of their ability.

Accountability shouldn't be a number on a test.
