I believe it's been asked before but why does the application for 
discount under universal service have to be so complex?
2. With an application deadline of January,1998 to participate in this 
discount being so tight, why are we not extending to June, 1998?
3. In all this effort to tie us all together, what are we doing to 
preserve our State character and uniqueness, to preserve our sense of 
specialness?  And where will we go for solitude?   Jean B. Vande Mark
