Folks,

I notice that very few of you have completed the survey on Preparation for
Universal Service Discount Applications. If you are reading this summary
via e-mail I know it's easy move on to something else so please take a
moment right now to complete the survey. You will find it on our web site

The survey consists of 6 questions that you can answer with a mouse click.
Completing it took me...exactly 60 seconds! As Bob pointed out this is a
great way for all of us to get a pulse on what we're doing to prepare for
the Universal Service discount applications. But, we won't know much
without your feedback. So take a minute and tell us about your technology
