Marty and Jack,

Thanks for the insight into new technologies, but I believe any technology
is going to take a warm blooded human being with great expertise to monitor
any system that we are considering.  Will Universal Service cover them, and
are they in a great enough quantity to cover the numbers of libraries and
schools who will need them in the time frame we are anticipating?
